Cow's face streches shoulders and arms

The Cow Face pose requires some mobility what comes to your shoulders. The video will show you how to do the pose.

Stretch your arms up to your sides. Take your left arm behind your back and slide the back of your hand between your shoulder blades. Lift your right arm up, bend the elbow and grab your fingers. Stretch toward opposite directions.
